Position: Operations Executive - E-commerce & Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily order processing and dispatch.
Handle packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
Maintain stock inventory and warehouse records.
Perform quality checks before dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners and marketplaces.
Manage returns, replacements, and inventory reconciliation.
Prepare daily operational reports for the Operations Head.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
Valuable communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
Ability to work independently and manage warehouse activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
