About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise a team of 6 Sales Executives
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Ensure effective distribution and availability of P&G; products in the market
Monitor team performance and provide guidance & motivation
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Ensure coverage across the following areas:
Pollachi

Kinathukadavu

Udumalpettai

Valparai

Requirements:




3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably with distribution handling)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Positive communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in field sales and handle targets
Knowledge of the local market is an added advantage
