Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Identify growth prospects and operational efficiencies.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across departments (production, supply chain, service delivery, logistics, etc.).
Ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
Establish operational policies, SOPs, and performance standards.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Financial Oversight
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Monitor cost control, profitability, and operational expenses.
Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor department heads and operational managers.




Build high-performing teams and foster a results-driven culture.
Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
Process Improvement & Quality Control
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Risk & Compliance Management
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and other departments.
Present operational performance reports to executive leadership and board members.
Manage vendor and strategic partner relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
