We have recently started our new office in Nawashehar and are looking for passionate and career-oriented Educational Counselors to join our team.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads.
Explain course details, fee structure, and batch timings.
Convert inquiries into admissions through proper follow-up.
Maintain records of leads and student data.
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth student onboarding.
Support seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge.




Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Experience in counseling, telecalling, or admissions preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
