Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up with government authorities and departments for project-related approvals and permissions.
Handle liaison work related to building plans, commencement certificates, environmental clearances, fire NOC, water, electricity, and other statutory approvals.
Maintain strong skilled relationships with municipal corporations, development authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure timely submission and processing of legal and technical documents.
Track approval status and maintain proper documentation and records.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and project management teams.
Ensure compliance with local construction laws, rules, and regulations.
Resolve approval-related issues and support smooth execution of projects.
Nit / Nmc / Talathi / Gram Panchayat work experience





Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of construction approval processes and government procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Good network with local authorities and government offices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple approvals simultaneously.
Strong documentation and follow-up skills.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Civil / Legal / Administration).
Experience in liaisoning for high-rise or real estate projects is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate industry.
Familiarity with municipal approval systems and statutory compliance.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
