Job Summary:

SOLIZE Partners India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our Engineering Services business across Europe, with a solid focus on the German market.

This is a leadership role for a seasoned business development qualified with a proven track record of developing international business, building long-term customer relationships, and positioning high-value engineering services solutions. The ideal candidate will be a consultative sales leader who understands the manufacturing and automotive ecosystem and can represent SOLIZE as a trusted engineering partner.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies for Engineering Services across Europe.
Build long-term strategic relationships with Automotive OEMs,



Tier-1 suppliers, Manufacturing companies, and Engineering Service Providers.
Position SOLIZE's Engineering Services and Digital Engineering capabilities as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
Lead the complete business development lifecycle from market development and solution positioning to negotiations and account growth.
Collaborate with global SOLIZE teams in Japan, the US, and Europe.
Work closely with engineering, delivery, and leadership teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team.
Represent SOLIZE at international customer meetings and industry events.
Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements

Functional Requirements
15+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Sales within Technology Solutions, Digital Engineering, or Manufacturing Services.
