The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring timely production, quality compliance, manpower efficiency, and cost control in manufacturing Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
Execute daily production plan as per schedule (machine-wise / line-wise)
Ensure target achievement (daily, weekly, monthly)
Monitor production flow, bottlenecks, and downtime
Coordinate with stores for raw material availability
Production supervisors ensure manufacturing runs efficiently and meets schedules.
Manpower Management
Allocate work to operators, welders, fitters, painters, assembly staff
Handle shift planning & attendance
Train workers on SOPs and current processes
Maintain discipline and productivity on shop floor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
