Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in office experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
Resolve technical issues on-site, providing timely solutions to ensure project continuity.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to manage resources efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to construction best practices.
Conduct routine checks and document compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Communication and Reporting:
Collaborate with project managers, architects,



and engineers to align site activities with project goals.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, progress, and challenges.
Budget and Time Management:
Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain within allocated limits.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site management.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Certification in construction management or related disciplines.

Work Setting:
Primarily site-based with exposure to varying weather conditions.
