Key Responsibilities - Merchandiser
Manage the complete order lifecycle, from product development to final delivery.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
Monitor production status and follow up on sampling, approvals, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain accurate records of orders, costing, inventory, and production plans.
Prepare reports and analyze data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Resolve production and supply chain issues to avoid delays.
Build and maintain robust relationships with buyers and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the garments and apparel industry.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
