Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented Business Development Associate to help expand the reach of Ekam-In's educational programs.

This is a agile role for someone who enjoys meeting people,



building partnerships, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Generate current leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Promote Ekam-In's educational programs to parents, schools, and organizations.
Conduct follow-up calls, meetings, and presentations to convert enquiries into enrollments or partnerships.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and institutional partners.
Achieve monthly business development and enrollment targets.

Financial Literacy Program Development
Reach out to schools to introduce Financial Literacy Workshops.
Coordinate meetings with school principals, academic coordinators, and management teams.
Promote workshops for students, parents, and educational institutions.
Build partnerships with community organizations and residential societies.
