Key Responsibilities
Prepare competitive pricing/quotation for export and import shipments (Air & Ocean).
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, CFS, and other vendors for updated rates.
Maintain and update rate sheets, client tariffs, and vendor databases regularly.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
Work closely with the Sales/BD team to understand client requirements and prepare accurate quotes.
Support in tender pricing, large-volume quotations, and long-term contracts.
Ensure pricing accuracy, minimize cost gaps, and maintain profitability for the company.
Handle rate negotiation with vendors to achieve optimal margins.
Prepare costing sheets, MIS reports, and weekly pricing summaries.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all pricing-related documents.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in EXIM logistics pricing (mandatory).
Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, customs processes, carrier tariffs, and logistics documentation.
Positive network with carriers, CFS, and transporters (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
