Key Responsibilities




Prospecting & Research: Identify and map Ideal Customer Profiles in the HNI and family office ecosystem using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and financial databases.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' investment readiness, risk appetite, and asset sizes before handing qualified leads over to senior Wealth Advisors.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, track conversion metrics, and update pipeline statuses in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all initial data collection aligns with SEBI and company privacy standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven B2B or financial services lead generation/inside sales experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian financial markets, Mutual Fund
