About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and drive the overall business growth of a growing two-wheeler dealership network in Kerala.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, driving sales performance across multiple branches, identifying recent business opportunities, supporting branch expansion, and building a high-performing sales organization.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring robust business acumen, sales leadership, market understanding, team-building capabilities, and a strong focus on achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall business plan and growth strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
Drive sales operations across multiple dealership branches, ensuring achievement of revenue, volume,



profitability, and market-share objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for two-wheeler vehicles through market expansion, customer acquisition, partnerships, and local market initiatives.
Monitor branch-wise sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Lead and support branch expansion initiatives, including evaluation of current markets, locations, and business opportunities.
Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales leadership and sales team across branches.
Establish clear sales targets, performance metrics, review mechanisms, and accountability across the sales organization.
Motivate and inspire sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed business targets.
Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, relationship management, and overall customer experience.
