We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics & Import Coordinator to manage dispatch operations and coordinate import clearance activities.

The role involves regular coordination with manufacturers, transporters, customers, customs agents (CHA), and internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods and timely completion of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate dispatches with manufacturers, transporters, and customers.
Arrange and monitor transportation for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and maintain logistics records.
Coordinate with CHA and other stakeholders for import clearance activities.
Follow up on documentation, payments, and shipment status.
Maintain operational trackers and reports.
Resolve day-to-day logistics and coordination issues.

Preferred Background
Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation coordination, freight forwarding, trading companies, or manufacturing operations.
Basic exposure to import/export operations will be an advantage.
