Catseye Group is a growing business group with multiple ventures across different industries. One of its key divisions is Monk IT Consulting, a digital marketing and IT agency that provides services such as Website Development, Performance

Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Video Editing.

We are currently looking for a motivated HR Intern who will support recruitment and HR operations for our digital marketing division and help us build a strong and talented team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the company
Post job openings on job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and attendance
Support management with HR reports and hiring updates




Assist in maintaining a positive work culture and employee engagement

Required Skills:
Good communication skills English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools

Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets

Job Types: Full time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
