Patient Coordinator for Multispecialty Hospital for South Bopal Ahemdabad

JD:
Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications
Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and insurance providers
Address patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy policies

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience in healthcare administration or customer service is a plus
Robust communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in medical software and office tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
