Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, graphics, and video creatives.
Install and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and the latest advertising trends.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience running Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Event Manager.
Experience with audience segmentation and remarketing.




Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
Good understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in education, ed-tech, healthcare, or service-based industries is an advantage.
