Position: Associate Center Manager (ACM)

Company: Cultfit Healthcare Pvt Ltd

Shift Timings: Straight Shift 5.30 to 2.30 PM or 1.30 TO 10.30 PM)

Weekly Off: 1 (Rotational)

Compensation: 3.45 LPA fixed + ₹7,000-10,000 incentives (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Promote and sell memberships (walk-ins/trials)
Achieve conversion targets
Upsell additional services
Maintain customer interaction records
Operations:
Manage center operations, experience, and inventory
Ensure smooth class management and trainer punctuality
Handle customer issues and gather feedback
Conduct daily audits of center facilities and essentials

Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Diploma/Certificate

Robust in sales, customer handling, and basic operations

Formal attire for the interview

Must install Cult.fit app and research the company
