Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning holidays based on their preferences and budget.
Sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, cruises, visas, and travel insurance.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday quotations.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by following up with clients.
Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Required Skills:
Robust communication and sales skills.
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
Ability to create customized itineraries.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems/CRM.
Positive organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
Operations management: 3 years (preferred)
Client services: 3 years (preferred)
B2C: 3 years (preferred)
