Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, generate referrals, and drive brand loyalty.
Product Expertise: Educate customers on diamond quality factors (the 4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat), product authenticity, and proper jewellery care.Store
Operations: Assist with inventory management, stock handling, replenishing displays, and ensuring the showroom floor is clean, organized, and secure.
Compliance & Billing: Ensure accurate billing, handle payments, and maintain daily sales reports with proper documentation.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on current jewellery trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the local market.
To appoint current key retailers in the assigned territory.
