Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Explain the Company's digital marketing and IT services to potential clients.
Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (Bengali will be an added advantage).
Experience in outbound telecalling and lead generation.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Salary
₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
