Perform regular inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.
Diagnose mechanical faults and failures, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with mínimal disruption.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and system performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance operations.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and propose long-term solutions.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of recent machinery or equipment upgrades.
Manage inventory levels for mechanical spare parts and tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and efficiency.

Pay: ₹219,204.48 - ₹1,124,385.04 per year
