Key Responsibilities
Provide Level-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows-based systems.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Internet connectivity issues.
Configure and support printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Handle Active Directory user management, password resets, and user account administration.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLA requirements.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
Support CCTV, biometric devices, and basic network infrastructure when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
