Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day commercial and manufacturing operations.
Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
Manage supply chain, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Build solid relationships with domestic and international customers.
Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, costs, and business performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Ensure availability of materials to support production and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, procurement, and sales teams.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize working capital.
Implement and maintain SOPs and operational best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.




Support business expansion and operational excellence initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial Management.
Experience in heavy engineering, steel, machining, industrial manufacturing, or oil & gas industries preferred.
Solid knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
