What you'll be doing:
Handling client consultations and inquiries
Understanding clients' immigration requirements
Explaining suitable immigration options and processes
Managing follow-ups and client relationships
Coordinating with the processing team
Working towards individual & team targets
Maintaining client information and follow-ups in CRM
