Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
Manage TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users through phone, remote access, or onsite visits.
Perform preventive maintenance of IT hardware and ensure system reliability.
Maintain inventory of IT assets, hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
Assist in data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and procurement.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Qualifications
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, and wireless networking.
Experience with Windows operating systems and basic IT support.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
Knowledge of firewall configuration and basic cybersecurity practices.
Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and IT ticketing systems.
