Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion
Handle and respond to leads generated through Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Contact and follow up with leads from outsourced data and other sources.
Understand the client's requirements, budget, preferences, and project scope.
Qualify leads and identify genuine project prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Client Meetings & Site Visits
Conduct client meetings at homes, offices, and project sites.
Visit sites independently to understand project requirements.
Take basic measurements and assess site conditions where required.
Understand the client's lifestyle, taste, design preferences, and budget.




Explain the Company's design process, materials, execution process, timelines, and commercial terms.
Build robust relationships and trust with clients.
