- Provide L2/L3 production support for Mainframe applications.

- Monitor daily batch jobs and resolve job failures.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.

- Work with development teams for bug fixes and code deployments.

- Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.

- Support release activities and production deployments.

- Maintain proper documentation and incident reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Mainframe technologies – COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM.

- Knowledge of CICS and batch processing.

- Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M / CA7 / TWS).

- Valuable understanding of production support processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

- Banking or financial domain experience.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
