Position: CNC VTL Operator / CNC Machine Operator

Location: Bela Rail Wheel Plant, District Chhapra, Bihar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and disciplined CNC Vertical Turning Machine (VTL) Operator to operate and set up CNC machines equipped with a Siemens CNC Control System. The candidate should have hands-on experience in job setting, loading/unloading, offset setting, and understanding of part programs.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Vertical Turning Machines (VTL) efficiently and safely.

Perform job setting as per production requirements.

Carry out job loading and unloading.

Perform accurate tool and offset setting.

Understand and make necessary adjustments to part programs.

Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth production.

Check components as per required dimensions and quality standards.

Follow workplace safety, discipline, and production procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the machine/work area.





Required Skills

Hands-on experience in CNC VTL operation.

Knowledge of job setting and job loading/unloading.

Valuable understanding of offset setting.

Knowledge of CNC part programs.

Experience with Siemens CNC Control System is required.

Ability to troubleshoot basic machining/operation-related issues.

Qualification

ITI Turner / Machinist
