Role Description This is a full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer Internship role. The intern will assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models to support financial, legal, and software solution use cases.

Typical responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, experimenting with algorithms for pattern recognition and predictive analytics, and building prototypes using neural networks and other models. The intern will collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to refine models,



evaluate performance using statistical methods, and document experimentation and results. The role may also involve contributing to automation tools, preparing technical reports, and supporting deployment of machine learning components in production environments under guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to implement and optimize ML-related code.
- Knowledge of Statistics and Pattern Recognition for data analysis, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Understanding of Neural Networks and core machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in ML (e.g., Python), and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in experimentation and documentation.
- Interest in applications of machine learning in financial, legal, or business software domains; prior project or internship experience is an advantage.
