Handle domestic and international customer accounts.
Respond to customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial quotations (RFQs/RFPs).
Negotiate pricing in coordination with management.
Participate in customer portal bidding and monitor current business opportunities.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Inform customers of any delays and provide revised delivery schedules for certain Key clients.
