JD:
Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.G. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions
Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements
Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.G. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans
Builds and/or leverage test settings as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues
Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions
Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies. Scope:

Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level network design experience would be preferred.
Experience with Virtualization (OpenStack / VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper V / Red Hat KVM / Linux Containers etc) CX Centres Skilled Services Consolidated
Routing & Switching Ent Domain
Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN preferred
Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex, DCNM, Nexus Dashboard
Network automation skills preferred (Python/ Ansible/ GoLang/ Splunk)
