Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for lateral hiring positions within the organization.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in lateral hiring or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful lateral hires in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes, including interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
