Required Skills, Duties and Responsibilities

· Experienced in using MS Excel, ERP platforms, and logistics software for operational

· Basic knowledge of emails and online portals

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution).

· Manage shipments to ensure timely, reliable, and cost-effective delivery.

· Ability to negotiate rates with shipping agent and transporters

· Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations

· Ability to coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams

· Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouses

· Prepare Export documents such as invoices, Packing List, and shipping notes

· Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, Packing List, bills of lading, etc.)

· Track shipments and resolve delays or delivery issues

· Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records

· Prepare reports on shipments transit and inventory status

· Collaborated cross-functionally with Purchase, Accounts,



and warehouse teams to support seamless operations.

· Accounts Payable (AP): Resolve vendor queries via email/calls (US vendors)

Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules to avoid overdue payments

Monitor invoice aging and ensure zero or minimal overdue balances

Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed payments

Report upcoming payment obligations to management

Communication & Languages

English: Positive written & verbal communication (email, calls, reports)

Indian languages: Hindi + regional language (optional but helpful)

Communication & Coordination

Professional email communication with US Logistics and Trucking companies

Participate internal review meetings

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BBA) or higher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
