Transport Manager – Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily transportation and fleet operations.

- Plan and allocate vehicles according to business requirements.

- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.

- Monitor vehicle movement, routes, schedules, and trip completion.

- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available when required.

- Track fuel consumption, mileage, and transportation costs.

- Ensure compliance with permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and other statutory requirements.

- Monitor driver availability, performance, attendance, discipline, and safety.

- Handle breakdowns, accidents, delays, and other transport-related issues.

- Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, trips, fuel, maintenance, and expenses.

- Verify transport bills and vendor invoices.

- Implement safety procedures and reduce operational risks.

- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and transportation expenses.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
