Role Description The Loftware Consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing Loftware labeling solutions in alignment with clients’ SAP and broader enterprise environments. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing label templates, integrating Loftware with existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide user training and documentation, and support continuous improvement of labeling and printing processes.



This is a remote contract role with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

- Experience with Loftware configuration, label design, and integration with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for labeling and printing workflows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization of enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and business stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Background in SAP, supply chain, manufacturing, or regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CPG) is highly beneficial.
- Experience with implementation or consulting projects in enterprise software, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines in a contract setting.
