Position: Team Leader – Loan Sales Location: Noida, Sector 3 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives Experience: 1–3 years in Loan Sales / Telesales, with team-handling experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Guide team members on loan products and sales processes. Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth loan processing. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
