NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a driven and confident Business Development Manager / Executive (BDM/BDE) with strong experience in EdTech sales and the school education ecosystem.
NThe ideal candidate should have established relationships with School Principals, Directors, School Owners, Trustees, Coordinators, and key decision-makers, along with robust presentation, communication, and product demonstration skills.
NKey Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, school groups, principals, and key decision-makers. N
Identify and generate new business opportunities across schools and educational institutions. N
Conduct effective product presentations and live demonstrations for school management and educators. N
Understand school requirements and recommend suitable EdTech solutions. N




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and meetings to negotiation, closure, and onboarding. N
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. N
Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, institutional visits, and existing school connections. N
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and customer onboarding. N
Maintain regular follow-ups and develop long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling. N
Track sales activities,client interactions, and opportunities through CRM. N

nPreferred Candidate Profile

2–6 years of experience in B2B, EdTech, or School Sales. N
Robust existing networkand connections within schools will be highly preferred. N
Experience dealing withPrincipals, Directors, School Owners, Trustees, and School Management. N
Excellent product demonstration, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
