Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand a strong candidate database through active candidate outreach.

• Connect with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.

• Conduct 1-on-1 Candidate Qualification / Profile Discussions and build Antal Placable Candidates.

• Source,



screen and coordinate candidates for end-to-end recruitment mandates.

• Identify and connect with companies, HR leaders & decision-makers for business development.

• Understand client hiring requirements and generate recruitment mandates.

• Build and maintain a solid client pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.

• Track industry hiring trends, companies & projects to identify opportunities.
