Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition – GCC to lead and build the talent acquisition strategy for our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for developing a scalable, high-quality hiring engine to support rapid business growth across technology, corporate, and functional roles.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in GCC setup/scaling, strategic hiring, leadership recruitment, employer branding, talent strategy, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of building high-performing TA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for the Bangalore GCC in alignment with business growth plans.
Partner closely with the GCC leadership, HR leadership,
and business heads to understand workforce requirements and translate them into hiring strategies.
Lead large-scale hiring across Technology, Engineering, Product, Data, Finance, HR, Operations, and other corporate functions.
Build and continuously improve GCC hiring processes, governance, recruitment metrics, and operating models.
Develop and manage a high-performing internal TA team and recruitment partners/RPOs.
Drive talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor benchmarking and proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
Own senior and leadership hiring, including CXO-1/CXO-2 and critical functional roles as required.
Develop robust relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, universities and other talent ecosystems.
Strengthen Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract high-quality talent.
