Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate current logistics/shipping leads.
Explain and promote the company's logistics & courier services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales.
Maintain lead and customer records in CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
Open to both Freshers with solid communication skills and Experienced specialists (logistics, courier, or e-commerce background preferred).
Hindi & English proficiency.
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM.
