iSHAKE is building a fitness & hydration brand from India for the world. With robust in-house manufacturing, a growing product portfolio and established B2B distribution, our next phase is to build a powerful consumer brand across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, retail and international markets.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can take ownership of building and scaling the iSHAKE brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand strategy, positioning & communication

• Product positioning, naming & storytelling

• Packaging & creative direction

• Current product launches & go-to-market strategy

• Consumer, category & competitor insights

• Brand presence across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce

• Influencer, creator & brand collaborations

• Work closely with product development, manufacturing & sales

• Identify and build the right D2C/performance marketing capability — in-house or through specialist partners

KEY: This is not a Social Media Manager, Influencer Marketing or Creative/Advertising role. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience building and scaling a consumer product brand. Candidates with only agency, creative,



social media or influencer marketing experience may not be suitable for this position.

Who We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Consumer Marketing

• Must have direct experience working with a consumer product/D2C brand, with measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, marketplace growth, successful product launches or category growth.

• Experience in a consumer product company (FMCG, D2C, fitness, sports, wellness, nutrition, personal care or consumer accessories) is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in building, launching and scaling consumer products with measurable commercial results.

• Strong hands-on understanding of D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce and digital marketing, with the ability to track growth metrics and manage performance marketing specialists or agencies.

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Pan-India candidates are welcome; periodic travel to Delhi will be required.

CTC: ₹12–18 LPA + Performance Incentives

Open to higher compensation for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record.
