Job Descriptions:
Travel across assigned regions to manage, strengthen, and expand the existing sales network.
Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
Manage branch inventory by forecasting demand, maintaining adequate stock levels, and coordinating replenishment with the head office.




Ensure timely collection of customer payments through effective credit control and collections management.
Monitor, verify, and manage sales performance and collections submitted by sales representatives within the assigned region.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years experience in sales, preferably in agrochemicals, crop protection, fertilizers, or agricultural inputs.
Proven experience in regional or territory sales management and leading high-performing sales teams.
Solid knowledge of dealer/distributor management, sales planning, and business development.
Experience in credit control, collections, and inventory management.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and possess a valid driving licence.
