Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager from the Manufacturing industry, with solid experience in Injection Moulding and/or Blow Moulding products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business opportunities and develop solid client relationships.
Handle B2B sales and manage key accounts.
Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with production, technical and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and MIS.

Requirements




8–12 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience.
Mandatory experience in Manufacturing industry.
Experience in Injection Moulding and/or Blow Moulding is compulsory.
Candidates from Plastic Manufacturing, Packaging or Industrial Products will be preferred.
Robust B2B sales, business development and client-handling experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
