Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Reporting Analyst with robust expertise in Workday reporting, HR data, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Custom Reports.
Create and manage Calculated Fields, Dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workday reports.
Gather reporting requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
Develop SOPs, process flows, reporting standards, and documentation.
Ensure HR data accuracy, privacy, security, and governance.




Review Workday releases and assess/report impact on existing solutions.
Support continuous improvement and optimization of reporting processes.

Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of overall experience with solid Workday Reporting experience.
Workday Report Writer, Advanced & Composite Reports, Calculated Fields.
Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data.
Experience with Dashboards, KPIs, data analysis, and reporting governance.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in global/large-scale Workday environments preferred.
