Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective patients and convert inquiries into bookings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their journey.
Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatments or services.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Build trust and maintain solid relationships with patients.
Clearly explain procedures,

Address patient questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain regular communication before and after service delivery.

Candidate Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in a sales-focused role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
Proven experience handling customer queries and converting leads.
Comfortable working under pressure and motivated by performance-based incentives.
