Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist to drive our organic growth through SEO strategy and execution. The role will cover technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content-led SEO, and emerging areas such as AEO and GEO, with an understanding of how AI is changing user search behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and chance mapping
Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (site audits, indexing, performance optimization)
Work closely with the in-house content team to plan and optimize SEO-driven content
Drive efforts around emerging search paradigms including Entity Understanding (EU) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to capture evolving search traffic and leads
Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics; provide actionable insights
Coordinate with external SEO partners while independently handling SEO tasks and implementation
Stay updated with search engine algorithms, AI-driven search trends, and industry best practices





Requirements:
1–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
Solid understanding of technical SEO, Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Knowledge of emerging areas like EU/GEO (AI/search evolution)
Ability to translate strategy into execution independently
Experience working with content teams and optimizing content for search
Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
