Job Description:
Manage the organisation's end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including
bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing,
collections, payment follow-ups, vendor payments and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Tally and other approved systems,
with proper ledger discipline, supporting documentation and cost-centre accounting.
Prepare monthly and periodic P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, management
MIS and financial performance reports.
Manage company budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash-flow planning and
working-capital management.
Monitor receivables, payables, statutory outflows, operational commitments and liquidity to
support timely business decisions.
Manage banking operations, including bank reconciliations, online banking, fixed
deposits, bank guarantees, loans, banking documentation and other banking
requirements, within approved authorisation controls.
