Job Description Mode of Work - Hybrid (Monday,Wednesday,Friday-WFO)Shift - 3PM-12AM IST This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations. Role requires solid expertise in transition management, multi-country accounting, and process migration across diverse systems such as Xero or equivalent accounting applications. Lead the end-to-end transition of finance processes from client entities to GCC.
Conduct detailed process understanding, mapping, and gap analysis.
Document and standardize migrated processes with SOPs and control checkpoints.
