Job Role

- Loan Sales Executive

- Handle sales of Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) products.

- Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.

- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and applicable terms.

- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Sales

- Promote and sell Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities.

- Generate and qualify loan leads through calls and other available sources.

- Explain product benefits and eligibility requirements to customers.





- Collect and verify required customer documents.

- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the loan process.

- Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.

Customer Handling

- Understand customer financial needs and loan requirements.

- Resolve basic queries related to loan products and application status.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
